We really enjoyed our stay at the Muse Hotel (2 rooms/2nights) From arrival, check-in, the rooms on 15th floor, breakfast, steak dinner, service by all associates … all was first class! Khun Bui at check-in was very professional and kind and so was the concierge Khun Aoy! Unfortunately I forget the name of the senior porter at the door who was also amazing! Breakfast was good and service there was top class; specially from Khun Talay! The rooms were very well equipped, maintained and clean! The Bett was extremely comfortable with fresh & crisp linen, the shower functioned perfectly for pressure and temperature plus high quality amenities! I personally will make the Muse Hotel my Bangkok favored as the “price to value ratio” is absolutely perfect! Thanks for the great hospitality and I’m looking forward to my next stay at Muse soon!

The Hotel theme designs they’re going with are cool because it really gives the vibe of an old european building. Beside that, the service here are pretty good, especially the staffs here are very friendly and nice. Would love to comeback here again with my family.
